Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the adapter or accessory must be unused, in its original packaging, and free of signs of installation wear.

What Can Be Returned

• Unused adapters, work lights, power tools, and accessories in resellable condition.
• Items that arrived damaged or don’t match your order — these are covered regardless of the 14-day window; just let us know as soon as you notice.

Custom or made-to-order adapters may be excluded from returns unless they arrive faulty. We’ll always tell you at checkout if an item is final sale.

How to Request a Return

Email support@mariomaker.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you a return shipping address and instructions within 1–2 business days. Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, though your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different battery-to-tool pairing instead? Let us know in your return request and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as your original item is on its way back to us.

Warranty

Every product comes with a 1-year warranty — adapters, compressors, lights, jump starters and everything else we sell. If a product fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
